Below is the full creative brief we built for RAMCO. We share this because we know that stepping into a crew-based production for the first time can feel just a little intimidating, and that’s exactly why we make the process clear from day one.
How should the content be architected so the narrative leads, and the deliverables follow?
How do we build a creative brief that doesn't just collect information, but actually draws the story out?
How do we honor RAMCO's story professionally without diluting what makes it real?
✅ Create a 2 to 3 minute statement video used to describe RAMCO as a company, its core ideology, as well as its service offerings.
✅ Create five 15-30 second social cuts that quickly explain key points and offer exciting visuals for customers and partners.
✅ Create small library of stock footage including generic footage of machinery, location, and employees working.
✅ Capture high quality team headshots that may be used as needed by RAMCO.
✅ Create a small library of stock images for future marketing projects.
✅ Choose diverse set of 4-5 individuals who hold different roles within the company and may offer unique perspectives on both the business process and core values.
✅ Multiple interview locations used such as workspace and office environments to build context, time permitting.

It’s no secret that at BeMVP we specialize in video. However, in developing brand packages, we also offer photography utilizing many of the shared principles of video, guiding our subject into the light (literally), and doing our best to create a comfortable environment.
